Beacon Hill Manor comfortably hosts weddings and events for up to 150 guests. With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, the venue can be tailored for intimate micro-weddings or grand celebrations alike. 

Each wedding package includes the use of the estate for 8–12 hours, ceremony and reception chairs, tables, cocktail tables, and onsite parking for up to 50 vehicles. You’ll also have access to elegant preparation suites, lodging with amenities, plenty of restrooms, and both indoor and outdoor event spaces. We also provide a spectacular framed tent for your reception at an additional cost. 

Yes! Beacon Hill Manor offers vendor flexibility so you can choose your own caterers, florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment. We also maintain a preferred vendor list featuring trusted local professionals familiar with the property to ensure a seamless event experience 

Yes. The Manor offers luxurious overnight lodging for up to 12 guests, featuring six king bedrooms, fireplaces, private bathrooms, three kitchens, multiple gathering rooms, a media room, billiard room, sauna, steam room and outdoor fire pit. Lodging is $2,500 per night for the entire Manor or $500 per room per night, with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. 

We’ve got you covered. Our spectacular framed tent provides a beautiful and elegant alternative for your ceremony. The tent is 40' x 80' and includes chandeliers, additional lighting, draping, climate control, and a dance floor—ensuring your celebration is stunning rain or shine.

Yes, parking for 50 vehicles is included with every package. If you anticipate more guests arriving separately, you can add 20 additional parking spaces for $1,500. Many couples also arrange shuttles from local hotels for added convenience. 

Absolutely. Additional hours can be added to your rental time for $500 per hour, giving you flexibility for setup, photography, or extending the celebration a little longer.

While Beacon Hill Manor provides on-site venue support, couples typically hire their own wedding planner or day-of coordinator to manage the event timeline, vendors, and décor setup. Our team is always available to assist with logistics and walk-throughs leading up to your day 

To preserve the estate’s beauty and ensure a smooth experience for every couple, we ask that all events conclude by 11 PM, that open flames are used safely, and that décor installations do not damage walls or structures. We’ll review all guidelines in detail during your planning meetings. 

To secure your date at Beacon Hill Manor, we require a signed contract, a nonrefundable deposit payment of 25% of the total cost and a security deposit of $1,000. Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the planning process and connect you with recommended vendors, if desired. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early inquiries—especially for peak-season weekends. The security deposit will be returned to the client in full if there are no damages to the venue. 

While the tent is not required, it is often recommended for guest counts of 50 or more to preserve the comfort and refined atmosphere that define celebrations at Beacon Hill Manor. Our 40x80 event tent is an elegant extension of the estate itself—appointed with crystal chandeliers, flowing fabric swagging, climate control, windowed side panels, and a generous dance floor. Designed to mirror the timeless beauty of the manor while offering modern amenities, the tent ensures your reception unfolds seamlessly in every season. For more intimate gatherings, couples may choose to host their celebration on the adjoining lawn beside the ceremony site, where the open air and sweeping views create an enchanting, garden-inspired setting. Whether under the tent or beneath the stars, every detail reflects the grace and grandeur of Beacon Hill Manor.
