About Us

Beacon Hill Manor comfortably hosts weddings and events for up to 150 guests. With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, the venue can be tailored for intimate micro-weddings or grand celebrations alike. 

Each wedding package includes the use of the estate for 8–12 hours, ceremony and reception chairs, tables, cocktail tables, and on-site parking for up to 50 vehicles. We also provide a spectacular 40'x80' framed tent (heating & cooling upon request) for your reception.  You’ll also have access to elegant preparation suites, lodging with amenities, luxury restroom trailer, and both indoor and outdoor event spaces.

If your layout calls for more round or rectangular tables or more chairs than we have on-site, no worries at all! Your rental company can easily provide additional tables, and they're usually very inexpensive to rent. 

Yes! Beacon Hill Manor offers vendor flexibility so you can choose your own caterers, florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment. We also maintain a preferred vendor list featuring trusted local professionals familiar with the property to ensure a seamless event experience. 

Yes. The Manor offers luxurious overnight lodging for up to 10 guests, featuring six king bedrooms, fireplaces, private bathrooms, three kitchens, multiple gathering rooms, a media room, billiard room, sauna, steam room and outdoor fire pit. Lodging is $3,000 per night for the entire Manor, with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Early check-in (11 AM) or late check-out (3 PM): $1,000 each.

No problem! Our Grand Hall can fit up to 100 seated for a ceremony, with more guests standing or on the balcony. Also, it can fit about 60 at round tables.

Yes, we have on-site parking for up to 50 cars. 

Over 50 cars, valet or shuttle service is required, booked by you (we recommend Road Yachts, Reston Limousine and Point to Point Limousines).

Absolutely. Start as early as 9 AM for $500 per hour; please request extra time 30 days ahead.

While Beacon Hill Manor provides on-site venue support, couples must hire their own wedding planner or day-of coordinator to manage the event timeline, vendors, and décor setup. Our team is always available to assist with logistics and walk-throughs leading up to your day. A wedding planner or coordinator is required for your walkthroughs.

To preserve the estate’s beauty and ensure a smooth experience for every couple, we ask that all events conclude by 11 PM, that open flames are used safely, and that décor installations do not damage walls or structures. We’ll review all guidelines in detail during your planning meetings. 

To secure your date at Beacon Hill Manor, we require a signed contract, a nonrefundable deposit payment of 25% of the total cost and a security deposit of $2,000. Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the planning process and connect you with recommended vendors, if desired. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early inquiries—especially for peak-season weekends. The security deposit will be returned to the client in full if there are no damages to the venue. 

Our 40' x 80' tent is included with every event: chandeliers, side panels, white drapery and perimeter string lights; sidewalls open for 360-degree views or close. Fans included. Tent heat $1,500 and clear tent top $3,500 are added to your quote when you book. 

Yes! A luxury restroom trailer is included with every event at no additional cost to our couples! 

The luxury restroom trailer will be conveniently located right next to the tent, making it easy for your guests to access throughout the celebration. The trailer will include:

• Hot & Cold running water
• Air Conditioning/Heating
• Soap
• Fresh towels
• Additional restroom accommodations for your guests

Of course, your guests are still welcome to use the bathrooms inside the Manor House. The restroom trailer simply gives everyone additional, convenient accommodations, especially as your guest count grows.

We are thrilled to be able to offer this added amenity and believe it will make your wedding day even more comfortable and seamless for you and your guests.

Yes! We have accessible parking, ramps into the main level, a main floor suite, a main floor powder room with a grab bar, bathrooms that can be set up with accessibility aids, a ride to the ceremony during the event day, and service animals welcome.
